Our Story

Crafting Memorable Dining Experiences Since 2010

Bistro Moderne was founded by Chef Jean-Pierre Dubois with a simple vision: to create a restaurant where classic French techniques meet modern culinary innovation. After years of training in Paris and working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, Chef Dubois returned to create a dining destination that honors tradition while embracing contemporary flavors.

Our ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible, with a focus on seasonal produce, sustainable seafood, and ethically raised meats. We work directly with farmers, fishermen, and artisanal producers to ensure the highest quality ingredients for our dishes.
